  1. First Response: We will provide a new download link within 48-72 hours

2.2 Reporting Technical Issues

To report technical issues, you must:

3. NO REFUNDS FOR USER LIMITATIONS

  • No longer need the item

4. REFUND PROCESSING FEES

4.1 Payment Gateway Charges

If a refund is approved under our limited circumstances:

  • All payment processing fees charged by Razorpay, Stripe, or other payment gateways will be DEDUCTED from your refund amount
